1. What are the precautions for using the keyboard?

Proper posture: Maintain good posture by sitting up straight with your shoulders relaxed and your feet flat on the ground. Avoid bending over or hunched over.

Keep your wrists natural: Your wrists should lie flat on the keyboard, avoiding excessive bending or twisting of your wrists.

Use a padded or keyboard rest: You can use a padded or specially designed keyboard rest to support your wrists and reduce hand fatigue and discomfort.

Don’t press the keys too hard: Keyboard keys are usually recognizable with just a light touch and no need to press hard. Excessive force may cause hand discomfort or injury.

Adjust keyboard settings: According to personal needs, you can adjust the key sensitivity and keyboard repetition rate of the keyboard to obtain a better experience.

2. How to clean the keyboard?

Shut down your computer or disconnect your keyboard: Before you start cleaning, make sure to turn off your computer or disconnect your keyboard to avoid accidentally actuating keys or affecting your computer.

Gently flip the keyboard upside down: Gently flip the keyboard upside down to let dust and debris off the keyboard. If there is a large foreign object stuck between the keys, it can be gently removed with a small tool.

Use an air can to remove dust: Use a can of compressed air (air can) to blow dust off your keyboard. When using the air pressure tank, keep a certain distance to avoid damage to the keyboard.

Use a soft brush to clean the keys: Gently brush dust and grime off the keyboard with a soft brush. Be careful not to use too much force as this may damage the keyboard.

Wipe the surface of the keyboard with a damp cloth or alcohol: gently wipe the surface of the keyboard with a damp cloth, you can use a small amount of water or add a little alcohol to remove stubborn dirt and bacteria.

When using liquids to clean the keyboard, make sure the damp cloth is not too wet to prevent the liquid from seeping into the interior of the keyboard.

3. How long is the delivery date?

Our delivery date is 3-10 business days, of which orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipping time is 2-7 business days.

4. How to cancel the order?

After the order payment is successful, the user can check the order status in the account order details. 

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order.

After 30 minutes, our orders will enter the packing process, once packed it is impossible to cancel the order, please understand our work, thank you.

5. How to apply for a return?

Within 14 natural days of the return validity period, if you need to return the keyboard and meet the return conditions, you can apply for the return in one of the following two ways:
